You can book your place at the awards directly from this website by filling in the form below (don’t forget to fill in your personal data, so we can contact you afterwards for confirmation) or contact us directly by email or telephone (for contact details see the Contact section of this website).
Please Note: If you do not have all of the attendees names confirmed at the time of booking you may provide us with the full list of names at a future date.
Fee includes pre-dinner drinks, dinner, wine and awards presentation

Single seat – 1 310 PLN + VAT
